Refund policy

We offer a 90-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and professional beauty products, all returns and exchanges require approval and are subject to inspection.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be requested within 90 days of delivery
• Be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and unaltered
• Remain in original, sealed packaging with all components included
• Be free of odors, product residue, markings, damage, or wear
• Be in original, resalable condition

Hair extensions are hygienic products. Once protective packaging is opened or the hair is handled, tested, worn, installed, or altered in any way, the item becomes final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Hair extensions must remain in their original, unaltered condition. Any chemical, product, or heat processing voids eligibility for return or exchange.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

All returns require prior authorization. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified defect:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost may be deducted from your refund

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or shipped incorrectly:

• Opened, used, or altered hair extensions
• Hair extensions showing signs of chemical, product, or heat processing
• Consumable or personal care products that have been opened or used
• Items marked Final Sale or Closeout
• Education, classes, events, or digital products
• Gift cards


Exchanges

If eligible, unopened and unused items may be exchanged, subject to availability.

In some cases, exchanges may be processed as a return and a new purchase.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify, items must remain unused, unopened, unaltered, and in original packaging, and must meet all hygiene and eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.


Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
