Offers apply to qualifying U.S. orders in U.S. dollars, after discounts and before tax and shipping. Shipping options and final charges are confirmed at checkout. Items shipped by suppliers may have separate shipping charges.

Choose your shipping option

Select a complimentary option at checkout and we will choose the carrier. You can also choose an available paid carrier service. Paid options are charged at the displayed price, even when your order qualifies for complimentary shipping.

Local delivery with Uber

For qualifying local orders of $300 or more after discounts, available Uber delivery options are complimentary at checkout. Choose Uber Express or Scheduled Delivery when shown for your address, and review the delivery details before selecting. Uber Express timing starts after your order is fulfilled, not when you place it.

Rush shipping

Rush shipping is a paid option, where available. Choose from the carrier services shown at checkout, with rates based on your delivery address, carrier service, and package weight and size. Review the delivery estimate before choosing your service. Next-business-day service is available only when offered at checkout and is paid at every order value.

Where we ship

Both complimentary shipping offers apply to qualifying Conde shipments throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Select your shipping option at checkout. Transit time starts when the carrier receives your package.

Standard transit times vary by destination and carrier. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and remote addresses can take longer. International rates and delivery estimates are shown separately at checkout.

Processing and delivery timing

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. holidays. In-stock orders placed before 1 p.m. Eastern are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on Sundays, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. During busy periods, processing may take 1 to 3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping transit starts when the carrier receives your package. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Rush shipping does not include morning or Saturday delivery unless that specific service is offered and selected. Carrier disruptions can affect arrival dates.

Fewer split shipments

We aim to ship your Conde items together from one location. If inventory or delivery timing requires more than one package, we will provide tracking for each shipment. We do not add shipping charges when we split a Conde shipment after checkout.

Tracking and help

You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
