All Conde Professional orders ship from our Miami, FL fulfillment center, allowing for faster delivery across the U.S., especially to Florida, the Southeast, and the East Coast.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. holidays.

  • In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM (ET) are typically processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM (ET), on Sundays, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 1–3 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


U.S. Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier.

  • Standard Shipping: typically 3–6 business days
    (often faster in Florida and the Southeast due to Miami-based shipping)

  • Expedited Shipping: typically 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: typically 1 business day
    (weekend and holiday delivery may not be available)

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been handed to the carrier.


International Shipping

International shipping options and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.

  • International Standard: typically 6–12 business days

  • International Express: typically 3–6 business days

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance.

Every order is professionally prepared, inspected, and securely packaged to meet salon-level standards before leaving our Miami facility.


Shipping Rates & Promotions

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and selected service.

  • Complimentary U.S. Standard Shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping promotions apply only during the stated promotional period.


Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Carrier selection depends on destination and service level.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, orders may ship in multiple packages at no additional cost. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.


Signature Delivery

High-value or wholesale orders may require a signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.

  • Address changes are not guaranteed once order processing has begun.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If a package is marked Delivered but not received, please check with neighbors, building staff, or the carrier.

  • If tracking shows no movement for 7 days (U.S.) or 14 days (international), contact us to initiate an investigation.

  • Packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout are not eligible for replacement due to theft.
