A STORY OF TWO SISTERS

Linnet and Ines grew up in Cuba dreaming of a future in beauty. After arriving in Miami, they studied cosmetology by day and worked restaurant shifts at night while developing their skills behind the chair.

Their first salon was a modest apartment. Over time, it grew into a salon, an education house, and an extension brand serving stylists around the world.

They still believe good hair can help clients feel more confident and give stylists a career they are proud of. That belief shapes the products they make, the classes they teach, and the way they welcome clients.

Linnet arrived in Miami determined to build a career in beauty. She studied cosmetology by day and worked restaurant shifts at night, putting years of discipline and sacrifice into her work with hair.

Clients across Miami came to Linnet for her warmth, attention to detail, and natural-looking results. She took time with each consultation, color blend, and extension placement so clients felt cared for.

Linnet continues to develop Conde products and mentor stylists. From the first apartment salon to an internationally recognized brand, family and the craft of hair have stayed at the center of her work.

Ines loved working with color and seeing clients gain confidence after a change. In Miami, she developed a reputation for precise blends and the care she gave each person in her chair.

Ines approaches color matching and extension placement with the person in mind. Clients trust her to create natural results that feel like their own hair.

Ines also found purpose in mentoring stylists who wanted to build careers in beauty. She continues to shape Conde education and the care stylists and clients receive.

0001 HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

We grew up in Ciego de Ávila, where Linnet used her snack money to start small ventures. Our parents wanted us to earn a diploma, while we were drawn to the independence of running a business and working in beauty.

0002 FIRST COLOR MAGIC

After a twelve-hour salon visit left us disappointed, we started fixing each other’s hair. We discovered a talent for color and saw how much a good result could change the way someone felt.

0003 LEAP OF FAITH

After years of saving and facing limits in Cuba, Linnet moved to Miami to build a new life. It meant leaving home and taking a chance on the future we wanted.

0004 BUILDING IN MIAMI

In Miami, Linnet worked restaurant shifts at night and studied cosmetology by day. Ines joined soon after, and together we balanced classes and jobs while learning a new language and developing our skills.

0005 HOMEGROWN STUDIO

Our first salon was a bedroom painted bright red. We colored, sewed, and blended hair there for hours, often until dawn. Friends became clients, and each appointment gave us more practice and earned their trust.

0006 INTO THE SPOTLIGHT

In 2017, we opened Perfect Selfie, our first official salon. The six-chair space had hair services, nails, and a small fashion corner. Hair extensions drew clients from far and wide and became the focus of our work.

0007 TEACHING THE CRAFT

As our reputation grew, stylists from other cities asked how we created our blends. We began teaching our methods in the salon and built a community of stylists who wanted to learn from one another.

0008 RESILIENCE & GROWTH

When the world shut down, Alejandro joined us and helped modernize booking and operations. We moved our classes online and kept our team employed.

0009 FINDING OUR IDENTITY

We renamed Perfect Selfie as Conde Hair, choosing our family name for the business. It connected the brand to our heritage as we worked toward reaching stylists around the world.

0010 MASTERING CRAFT

We studied the art and science of extensions, refining shades, textures, and methods to give stylists consistent quality.

0011 FLAGSHIP UNVEILED

In 2023, we opened our flagship salon in Coral Gables. We built it from an empty shell, choosing each detail to suit our work. It became a home for appointments, education, and the people who make Conde.

0012 ELEVATING TOMORROW

Today, we sell premium extensions, teach stylists around the world, and stay close to the clients and artists who helped us grow. We want to help more people in Miami and beyond build a future in hair.
