Two sisters arrived in Miami carrying little more than ambition, discipline, and a deep love for hair. What began in a modest apartment slowly grew into a salon, education house, and premium extension brand that empowers stylists around the world.

Growing up in Cuba, Linnet and Ines were drawn to beauty, creativity, and the dream of building their own future. After arriving in Miami, they balanced cosmetology school by day and restaurant shifts at night while refining craft behind the chair.

Years later, that same spirit still shapes Conde. Every extension, class, and salon experience reflects the belief that beautiful hair can restore confidence, strengthen careers, and create relationships that last far beyond the mirror.

Linnet arrived in Miami with an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep love for beauty. While studying cosmetology by day and working restaurant shifts at night, she transformed years of discipline and sacrifice into a movement of beautiful hair and unlimited possibilities.

Clients across Miami were drawn to Linnet's warmth, meticulous eye, and ability to create hair that felt seamless and natural. Every consultation, color blend, and extension method reflected her belief that luxury should feel personal, calm, and deeply cared for.

Ines discovered her love for hair through color, detail, and the quiet confidence a transformation can bring. After arriving in Miami, she devoted herself to mastering every strand, becoming known for her precision, compassion, and instinct for beautiful blends.

Her approach to hair has always centered on harmony. From custom color matching to extension placement, Ines became trusted for creating work that felt effortless, refined, and true to the person sitting in her chair rather than overly styled or artificial.

As Conde evolved, Ines found purpose not only in serving clients, but in mentoring stylists pursuing bigger lives through beauty. Her vision continues to shape the education, care, and sense of belonging that defines the Conde experience today.

0001 HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

Seeds of ambition were planted when we were girls in Ciego de Ávila. Linnet turned snack money into small ventures, and we realized early that beauty and business could live together. Our parents wanted a diploma, but our hearts were drawn to creativity and independence.

0002 FIRST COLOR MAGIC

After a twelve-hour salon visit left us disappointed, we realized we could learn and do better. We fixed each other’s hair, discovered a talent for color, and saw how self-taught skills could spark joy and confidence. Those experiments showed us that our craft could change lives and uplift spirits.

0003 LEAP OF FAITH

After facing limits in Cuba and saving every coin for years, Linnet took a leap of faith and crossed the ocean to begin her new life in Miami. We believed that the future we’ve been dreaming of depended on courage and sacrifice. That leap became the start of our dream.

0004 BUILDING IN MIAMI

Arriving in Miami with nothing but determination, we worked nights steadily in restaurants and studied cosmetology by day. Ines joined soon after, and together we juggled classes and jobs, learning the language of a new country and the art of hair.

0005 HOMEGROWN STUDIO

Our first salon was a bedroom painted bright red. We turned that tiny space into a place where we colored, sewed, and blended hair for hours until dawn. Friends became clients, and we honed our craft with every strand, building trust and skill.

0006 INTO THE SPOTLIGHT

In 2017 we opened our first official salon, a six-chair space we called Perfect Selfie. It was a colorful mix of hair, nails, and even a little fashion corner, yet hair extensions drew people from everywhere and revealed a clear path to the realization of our dream.

0007 TEACHING THE CRAFT

As our reputation grew, stylists from other cities asked how we created such seamless work. We began teaching our methods, turning our salon into a classroom. Sharing knowledge built a community and deepened our purpose beyond any single service.

0008 RESILIENCE & GROWTH

When the world shut down, we refused to stop. Alejandro joined and helped modernize our booking and operations. We pivoted to online education, kept our team employed, and learned that resilience and creativity could fully keep our dream alive.

0009 FINDING OUR IDENTITY

Our evolution became official when we formed Conde Hair. After turning the chapter on “Perfect Selfie,” we embraced a family name that was rooted in heritage and refinement. This new identity signaled our commitment to craft, quality, and the global impact we desired to make in the world.

0010 MASTERING CRAFT

With a new identity, we began immersing ourselves in the art and science of hair extensions. We perfected every shade, texture, and method to deliver hair that set a new standard for consistent, and luxurious quality in every strand of hair.

0011 FLAGSHIP UNVEILED

In 2023 we opened our flagship salon in Coral Gables. We built it from an empty shell, investing in a space where every chair, wall, and light reflects the hair we create. The flagship stands as a home for artistry, education, and meaningful experiences.

Today we are more than a salon and an extension brand. We offer premium extensions, teach stylists across the world, and nurture lifelong relationships. Our vision is to elevate Miami and beyond, empowering artists and clients to dream bigger with every strand.
