The Method Lab is Conde Professional's two-day, hands-on intensive built for licensed stylists who want to master extensions the right way. This isn't a one-day certificate class — it's a complete, technique-first education where you learn every Conde method, then practice each one under expert supervision until it becomes muscle memory.
You'll train on real Conde hair — the same Volume Weft, Thin Weft, Tape Weft, Tape-Ins, K-Tips, Bulk Hair, and Clip-Ins you'll use in your own chair. By the end of two days, you won't just know one technique — you'll confidently recommend and apply the right Conde product for any client.
What you'll master
Across both days you'll cover every Conde application method:
Wefts (Volume & Thin Weft) — hand-tied/beaded rows and sew-in for seamless, natural volume

Tape-Ins (Tape Weft & Tape-Ins) — the sandwich method, placement mapping, and clean removal

K-Tips (keratin fusion) — hot fusion bonding for long-wear, maximum movement

K-Tips & Bulk Hair (micro-link) — no-heat, no-glue bead application; custom strands from bulk hair

Clip-Ins — fitting, blending, custom coloring, and at-home client coaching
You'll also learn Conde's consultation framework, color matching across our shade range, sectioning, and our "Do No Harm" client safety standard.
How the two days work

Day 1 — Learn: Watch our educator demonstrate every method step-by-step on mannequins using real Conde hair. Take notes, ask questions, and build your foundation.

Day 2 — Master: A full day of supervised, hands-on practice on live models with one-on-one coaching, ending with your certification check-off.

Who it's for
Licensed cosmetologists who want to add or level up extension services. An active cosmetology license is required to enroll. Spots are limited to keep cohorts small and ensure every student gets personalized coaching.
